  • Week 1-3 Building a relationship and developing methods to deter truancy.
  • Week 4-8 Encouraging and keeping the student accountable.
  • Week    9 Assessment and Re-checking, Program Completion.

Program Focus
Mentor keeps the overall focus on improving the students’ education and school involvement.
Meeting and making weekly connections with the student to establish trust.
A systematic approach to checking in with the student and tracking program progress.
Timely and individualized intervention for each student based on their individual needs.
